L'Atelier d'Amaya online shop would likte to thank you for your order.
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund to the original payment method. Products purchased on L'Atelier d'Amaya may be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
For Christmas, all orders placed from 14 November 2022 onwards can be exchanged until 31 January 2023.

How do I return/exchange an item ?
If you have a L'Atelier d'Amaya customer account, we invite you to :
- Make your return/exchange request by logging in directly from the "My Account" area and then "My Orders".
- Select the order number containing the item you want to return, then click on the "eye" icon
- Click on the "Make a return" button.
- Select the item(s) to return and complete all required fields
Once your request has been approved by our customer care team, you must return the product(s) to L'Atelier d'Amaya, at the following address :
L’Atelier d’Amaya – 44 boulevard George V, 33077 Bordeaux CEDEX - FRANCE
You can choose the carrier of your choice, but you must ensure that you have a tracking number and proof of shipment of the product(s). In case of loss of the package, you have to be able to provide proof of tracking, otherwise we will not be held responsible and we will not be able to respond to your request for an exchange or refund.
The return of your order to our Atelier is at your expense, thank you for your understanding.
I have a guest account, how do I return my item ?
We can only accept items returned by customers with a L'Atelier d'Amaya account.
If you have a guest account, please go to the return request page and enter your order number.
Can I request a return or exchange of my order in shop?
Items purchased online cannot be dropped off in shop for a refund, it is mandatory to go through the website.
For a product exchange of an internet order, you can drop off your product free of charge in one of our shops, which will send it to the Atelier for processing; our customer care team will then issue a credit note valid for 6 months which you will receive by e-mail.
What are the conditions for returning an item ?
Each item must be presented in its original condition.
Any product returned damaged or worn will not be refunded and will be returned at your expense.
For a request for a full refund of the order, please enclose the entire package received, i.e. the product(s), packaging and goodies if there is a special offer (e.g. tote bag, cotton pouch, etc.)
Once you receive your order, you have 14 working days to return any items.
What are the terms of reimbursement ?
Upon receipt of the package at L'Atelier, we will proceed, depending on the option specified in your return, to issue a credit note or a refund.
We will refund the payment you made for the returned items no later than 14 days from receipt of your cancellation request.
- If you have chosen a credit note: we will credit your customer account with a credit note for the amount of the returned product, valid for 6 months in shops and on atelier-amaya.com. This credit will not be refundable.
- If you have chosen a refund: we will credit the payment method used for your order directly.
