Returns Policy
L’Atelier d’Amaya online shop would like to thank you for your order.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return your Product(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt for either a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange.
For an exchange, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned Product(s). The credit note is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and may be used on the L’Atelier d’Amaya website.
Return shipping costs are covered by L’Atelier d’Amaya for all eligible returns, including returns made for a refund, an exchange, or under the one-year commercial warranty.
* Engraved, personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where applicable statutory rights apply.
How do I return/exchange an item ?
If you have an L’Atelier d’Amaya customer account, we invite you to:
- Make your return or exchange request by logging in directly from the “My Account” area and then selecting “My Orders”.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return, then click on the “eye” icon.
- Click on the “Make a return” button.
- Select the item(s) to return and complete all required fields.
- Once your request has been approved by our Customer Care team, you will receive the return instructions and a prepaid return label.
You must use the return label provided and follow the instructions given by our Customer Care team to ensure that your parcel can be tracked.
Return shipping costs are covered by L’Atelier d’Amaya for all eligible returns, including refunds, exchanges and after-sales service requests covered by the one-year commercial warranty.
What are the conditions for returning an item ?
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
Any Product returned damaged or showing signs of wear may be refused.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your Product(s).
If you are requesting a full refund for your order, please return the entire package received, including the Product(s), packaging and any promotional gifts provided with the order (e.g. tote bag, cotton pouch, etc.).
What are the terms of reimbursement ?
Once your return has been received and processed:
- If you have chosen a refund: the amount paid for the returned Product(s) will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
- If you have chosen an exchange: a credit note for the value of the returned Product(s) will be issued to your customer account and will be valid for 6 months.
